How much do you charge?
- Our packages are structured to streamline your operations. Typically we offer a fixed rate per clean. This allows for easy budgeting and fixed operational costs. However, we will happily structure a package around your requirements. Additionally our level of service can vary to suit your profile whether it be high end or more affordable. In short, we will provide the best value for money package to suit your budget.

What don't you do?
- Our services are predominantly of a commercial nature, this means systems are not designed for the domestic market. Our cleaners have the backing of our other service divisions, so when it comes to property services, there is not much we haven't done before. Minc has at its disposal a full range of trades and other property service professionals so there is not much we can't do. If in doubt ask us or visit our Main Website.
- How do you track cleans?
- Typically we have a fixed price per clean. All of our housekeeping clients' cleans are tracked on our custom built tracking system. This means at the end of a billing period we send a simple report designed to match your software for cross referencing.

- Our fixed prices allow for easy budgeting. We are able to cope with the occupancy fluctuations experienced in the accommodation industry. You only pay for the rooms that are cleaned. All HR requirements are covered by us allowing you to concentrate on your other revenue generating areas.

Do I have to sign a contract?
- We are so confident that you will be happy with our quality, our service, our communication and supervision that we don't require a lengthy lock-in contract. If we can't resolve your concerns, give us our notice.
